If you downgrade to eb3 and file aos under eb3 (concurrent) and dates retro for eb3 and you eventually end up as current in eb2, is your application considered under eb2 or do i need to file one more 485(aos) for uscis to consider under eb2?

Yes seems right as a friend of mine who filed concurrently (eb2-eb3) received an RFE when he was current in both eb2 and eb3 asking if wanted to proceed with eb3 or go back to eb2. My responded he would like to stay in eb3 and he got approval in a week
