You cannot know bro visa number is allocated by officer if he is working on the case ani vinikidi, manam anni pampi if our file is not touched we cannot assume number allocation anukubta, but in case rfe vacchi if case officer is actively working on the case and If pd is current may be anochu emo (because some guys are getting rde without pd current as well)
