The way they are doing is trying to stay close with EB2 for those who downgraded to EB3 when approving AOS. But downgrade is not necessarily bad because it will give EAD and IMO that is best thing anyone can do. It is ensuring you are counted on both EB2 and EB3.

Mostly they may be approved. Give it a day or two to see the actial approval. Action taken notifications will only cum if there is something happened
