If 2014 eb3 then better to move to EAD and take better role and atleast you will have peace of mind

and they are blindly canceling the SRs saying that is not eligible for I485. Did you read USCIS's policy first?

USCIS is violating their own policies. if you have a genuine reason, a better option will be appeal process but they are not typically for this kind of cases.. it costs you as well..

How much time EAD renewals are taking currently ? I know we can apply 6 months in advance and work for 180 days after expiry. But 1 year lo sure gaa vasthada EAD renewal ? They are not caring if h4 ead's are expired and people are losing jobs because of that. I am afraid they will treat EAD renewals in same reckless way. 

Premium processing for ead renewals is one hope. But it didn't started yet. With amount of people applied last year, EAD renewals backlog will also start becoming issue.

Agreed, it started!! Got a call from tier 2 yesterday they said yours is expiring after 3 months so no rush you can wait and asked to reach out to them before 4 weeks and ask for tier 1 support😓😓

I wasn’t aware of this. Just assumed we can raise a SR if the processing is outside of the expected timeline.

Ok. Just had a chat with Emma. Says wait for few days since it not 60 days after RFE annadhi. If no decision taken by then, will raise SR annadhi. I am hoping something is done before the bulletin comes out.
