i think little over 100k visas were available for aug and sep months per uscis. aug lo 45k+ visas use chesaru anukunta.

sorry, its little over 70k visas. check the faqs. every week chala approve chestunnaru, i think visas will be exhausted even before Sep30.

The “60-day rule”, which has been temporarily waived, does not apply to Forms I-693 signed by the civil surgeon after you have filed Form I-485. 

I did my medicals recently , so if I get medical RFE after 60 days then I have to medicals again .

PD : 7th April 2014

My 485 was in Nebraska Service Center as of 7/13/2022. After I filled my 485j in June 2022, my 485 got transferred from Nebraska service center to National Benefit Center on 7/13/2022. Again on 8/5/2022 it is transferred back to Nebraska Service Center. Current 485 status is “application transferred to another service center and that center has jurisdiction now”. 

Any idea on what’s going on?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My 485 got approved today. Thank God!!!

Case status changed in website ? If so, u will get copy in 3business days usually, so wait cheyi to get rfe
