RFE osthe no need of cover letter from gcinfo.org .. check with your attorney and see what they say .. just RFE and sealed envelopes of yours and your wife's medicals shall be enough ..

check with attorney.

Nenu ayite RFE letter and sealed envelope sent direct to FO.

Separate envelope for me and my wife as we got two separate letters. You can send in together in one envelope as well but use paper clip.

There are very high chances you will get GC before sep 30. Just get it done ASAP.

Do again all tests, and respond to them ASAP

Ivala chala approvals ye vinna .. my brother got it, my friend got it.. both did straight eb2 in June and may

Some people are seeing updates of "temporarily pausing work on the case due to visa number not available"...which tells me we are near assam border.

I seriously doubt uscis are running out of visa numbers, when there were reports stating like about 10k-20k spill over of visas ani
