He did file my EB2 one back in olden days ,he’s saying will get RFE if upgraded to premium and denial eventually , 

Employer says tough to reply if we get ability to pay RFE.

Regular not moving at all though , I checked the report , only premium got approved so far for the ones received after 10/20/2000 , this is from Nebraska
