bro are you worrying due to peer pressure ? just take chill pill. no bill can scratch you. your case one of the best possible scenario to get GC. 2 QTR or 3 QTR your time will come. if you are lucky before that.

late 2014 PD, downgraded to EB3. So EAD vochinaka, adi use chesi jobs change aithe inka eb2 gone. ippudu edhi best option

1. use ead/ap and be in eb3 queue

2. be on h1b and have eb2 option forever

If you think career important then use ead

If you think getting green card sooner is important then stay on h1b

By the way. It is still not clear if interfiling is allowed or not if we change employers. Different people saying different things . So even if we use EAD we still be might be eligible for interfiling too.

interfiling with same emp is okay but emp change aithe definite no, since eb2 140 is linked to your old emp.

Some are saying no interfiling is required and uscis will do that automatically.

So it's all unknown for now. Unless we start seeing some success cases, we can't conclude anything for now.

Bro, so this means we are still eligible to jump in lines when we use AP and stick with same employer?

I heard you cannot move back to EB2 if you have already used the EAD issued under EB3. Safe to check with your attorney.

Not confirmed. Few attorneys are saying NO. No where to know the correct answer. Unless we start seeing success cases.
