+1, I lost 10k

Reverse split casual ga every year chestaru, so your stock will go down to zero in the longer run

there were a couple which gave a little profit but eventually they also went to near zero

time waste ivi, crypto may be much better than these

There is no 1 strategy that works for us. Its all our conviction.

Sector Trend , Market Trend is the key .. for E.g. NVDA went up on AI Crazy and its a front runner. Same with Microsoft. Recognize the leaders in this space and do not sell them even if they drop a little. You can add more.

However smaller players in this like PLTR, SOUN, etc. are just short term and medium term. We do not know who will hit big and who will flop. Keep track of the valuation of these companies (PE, Fwd PE, PEG, Revenue growth QoQ, YoY, etc. ). Sell these to recover your principle and keep rest.

Investing in stocks is a painful process - Even if you make money. If we see a stock go up after we book profit we are still sad abt missing further profits. If we see a stock where we have good gains, if it drops even 10% from top we are sad coz we did not sell at top. Inka stock losses ayithe cheppakarledu ..

which place do you like to learn about the valuation terms that you have mentioned?

For learning - There are many sites. Youtube, etc. Search Fundamental analysis and you can learn.

To compare fundaments of stocks - use stock screeners or Yahoo Finance (I Personally Love it)

I would say start averaging them. By the way is this the only sector you invested in? So many Utilities companies? Anyone who wants to take a position in this, its time. You can $ average if they go down more.

I like XLU the best. Its a fund. Very less expense ratio. Decent yield.

Among individual stocks AEP.

They may go down more if interest rates keep rising.

Should we exit? 30% gain from October. Core position not selling.

PLTR has a very strong support at 20. I don't think it will drop below that. If broader market is down next week, it could very well drop below that. It has some very good Govt Contracts. Results were good. Net Profit making company.

Avg. Price $20.57. If PLTR drops below $20, pls do not buy. Wait for next week.
