Before covid it used to take 2 hours min - now with every one migrating too Lathrop , River Island it will be 3 hours when your boss asks you to come to work 4 days a week . 250k homes now for million in 4-5 years what happens come winter is any ones guess .

Biden asking every one to get vaccinated by end of april - that means they want to push life back to normal because it it will help local business , retail business , etc etc - and office politics you never know when your manager changes etc . Come winter if markets crash/bubble bust treasury yields etc  for any reason and we get into recession or depression god bless all of us
