Vinod, one of the members of the community, has sent questions to him asking about predictions of EB2/EB3 India for the rest of the year and possibility of spillover from family to employment next fiscal year (because of Trump family ban for the first 5 months of this fiscal year). He has got reply from USCIS that they will be considering for use today. Regardless, today's session could give insights about movements of the backlog in the visa bulletin of the months ahead. Heard of a person getting the Medical RFE for this PD Chusa. Preadjudication antunnaru. Since medicals are valid for 2 years, if 2014 becomes current within next 2 years he will directly get the card. Quote
