Manaki EADs ivvataniki kaadu kada dof move chesedi. They move to gauge demand. Earlier EB3 had only 6K applicants every year. Now they have 25K every year after downgrades. So whatever SO we get might be consumed by pre 2015 people. Since they know the demand what is the need to move dof?

Don't you think if they properly apply the SO then they can advance, now every person is sitting with eb2 and eb3 and do you think they are that many i-140s its like roller coaster ride..hope they are smart enough to get the accurate count of people in the line..

They still haven't mentioned what dates they are going to honor yet for April. May be there is a chance they will honor filing dates ?

We will know once we see next few bulletins. Now since eb1 is current , we have to see how well they move eb2 dates.

How come EB2 India did not get even the minimum required numbers in the FY 2020. Got only 2,599

they are smart enough to avoid giving visas to Indians, smartness is not defined by giving alone, sometimes it does by avoiding as well

17K managers and 6.5k advanced and skilled workers, 2 manager per worker, anyone with a few cells of grey matter can clearly see this fraud, this is loophole created for large corps to defraud system

I hope with eb1 current this system is over. CTS vallu biggest fraud gallu they are not willing to do eb1c anymore except for very high level managers like VPs.

accenture, infosys, HCL are still doing, they discourage employee not to talk about it anywhere
