they are including that in any bill related to immigration. right now nothing is gaining traction but who knows.

duplicate(downgrades) starts from may 2011 onwards.  I think the game will start once both EB2 and 3 FAD reaches May 2011. Interesting to see how will he calculate visa numbers after

Yeah. Once 2011 starts , it will be a mess calculating visa numbers. If they move eb2 aggressively people will again flood eb2 with upgrades.

No risk annaru multiple lawyers. Many people I know ready to do it if eb2 FAD moves very faster compared to eb3.

My guess is eb3 might suffer because of downgrades.
