Nee mokham.. there were multiple incidents people got into the country and also brought their parents in-laws with old test reports and they carried the virus ! 
If they really care about the country, they wouldn’t do such things !

India failed in vaccines primarily because of it's population. People don't understand how hard it is to scale such things. Vaccine manufacturer means nothing without having the patents. India had to produce them and supply to Europe and Britain also because the vaccine is not ours in the first place. Like in any many sectors we are not innovators we are just service providers. And as usual the bureaucracy is too big and too slow, not forward thinking and only reacting instead of being proactive. Even after US completed so many vaccine shots only recently other vaccines got their permission to even supply in India.

It doesn't work for SA variant is what I read. And is less effective than US vaccines, you can see many posts in DB itself saying people who got vaccine are still getting virus. But it'll reduce the severity so something is better than nothing scenario.

vaccinations are so people do not flock to hospitals in huge numbers, thereby creating shortages of beds/oxygen cylinders/ventilators etc. They are by no means to be understood as "I have taken the 2 shots and it has been 14 days so I am not going to contract the coronavirus". You will get it, you will give it to others, you might only get little sick but you will kill others. 

Also whatever CDC says, they say based on the information they have thus far, that is not the ultimatum, better stay home stay safe, vaccine veskunnanu aha oho ani tirigesi tarvata regret avvakandi.....
