What should be done to instill strong regional feeling in Andhra?

Tamils don't hate anyone. not even the north. may be a little bit kannadigas.

regional identity means, wanting to grow as a group, and not be subsumed by the larger identity as Indian. To stand separately with pride and when time comes, not be afraid to move on from India.. but only when the time comes.

first you should build a self sustaining state, and get most people on one page. beyond caste and religion.

let the govt set up a bank and start giving loans to small entrepreneurs who can compete in the international markets.

shift 10k crores from one of the social schemes to this bank as targeted loans in specific sectors, and expand the target if this is a success..

I don't know why states are not doing something like this. They wasted so much money giving free electicity to companies to the tune of 1000s of crores.

The electricity is not subsidy is to have uniform rates across the state .... It's just a inefficient policy

Places which generate electricity should have less cost because there is no transmission loss but this cross subsidy to ensure uniform rates . 

We have terrible track record of recovering loans , that's why govt is scared to give loans . It will take 10-20 years to get the case resolved .  Judiciary needs fix before  loans can be given .

To instil region feeling we must get rid of caste feeling first by doing:

1. Close all KulaGajji Colleges in Krishna/Guntur colleges and open new ones with non-K Principals, Managment & Staff.

2. All UpperCastes like Comms/Reds/Brahmins/Vysyas/Rajus should marry at least one of their children to SC/SC/BC.

3. It should start with Roja Reddy and Christian Jagan Reddy who have 2 children each and marry at least one of their children to Chakali or Mala or Madiga or Mangali etc.

4. If possible, split R'seema further and give away some troubled regions like South Chittor, Western Kurnool and half of Anantapur to neighbouring districts so that we can get rid of murderers and factionsits from Seema.

5. There should not be a word akin to Amaravathi existing in Andhra so that the land maffia of the region do not keep on funding the KulaGajji TDP party.

If you can implement all these, AP will be blossoming with pure regional feeling.

Aside from social aspects , 50% of expenditure is going towards salaries / pensions which benefits only 2-3% of population . 

Welfare is also extremely high at around 40%  but it benfits around 30-40% of population . 

Employees salary needs to be adjusted to 30% of expenditure over a period of time

welfare to  30 %  . 

Infrastructure  another 30% (actual infrast not thuglaq facilities like central vista)

Healthcare 5% , 5% for incentives .
