ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్‌: తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో కృష్ణాకు సంబంధించి మొదటి రిజర్వాయర్‌ అయిన జూరాలలోకి శనివారం సాయంత్రానికి 4,200 క్యూసెక్కుల ప్రవాహం రాగా...దిగువన ఉన్న ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజి నుంచి 8,300 క్యూసెక్కులు సముద్రంలోకి వదిలారు. గత కొన్ని రోజులుగా రెండు రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య జల వివాదం కొనసాగుతోన్న విషయం విదితమే. ఒక రాష్ట్రంపై ఇంకో రాష్ట్రం పరస్పర ఫిర్యాదులు చేసుకొంటున్నాయి. అన్ని ప్రాజెక్టుల్లోనూ తెలంగాణ జల విద్యుదుత్పత్తిని కొనసాగిస్తోంది. పులిచింతలలో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి ద్వారా ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజికి వదిలే నీటిని ప్రస్తుతం తాము వినియోగించుకొనే పరిస్థితిలోలేమంటూ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ గేట్లెత్తి సముద్రంలోకి వదిలేసింది. శుక్ర, శనివారాల్లో రోజుకు సుమారు అరటీఎంసీ నీళ్లు సముద్రంలోకి వెళ్లాయి. ఈ సీజన్‌ ప్రారంభమైన జూన్‌ ఒకటో తేదీ నుంచి ఆలమట్టిలోకి 90 టీఎంసీలు వచ్చాయి. ఇందులో 27 టీఎంసీలను దిగువన ఉన్న నారాయణపూర్‌కు కర్ణాటక వదిలింది. ఈ రెండు రిజర్వాయర్లలో మరో 40 టీఎంసీలు నిల్వ చేయడానికి కర్ణాటకకు అవకాశం ఉంది. ఆలమట్టిలోకి పదివేల క్యూసెక్కుల ప్రవాహం ఉండగా ఈ మొత్తం నీటిని నారాయణపూర్‌లోకి వదిలింది. ఈ నీటిని దిగువకు వదలడం లేదు. ఆలమట్టిలోకి మరింత ప్రవాహం పెరిగితే తప్ప కిందకు వదిలే అవకాశం లేదు.

జూరాలకు క్రమంగా తగ్గిన ప్రవాహం

జూరాలలోకి క్రమంగా ప్రవాహం తగ్గింది. మళ్లీ ఆలమట్టిలోకి ప్రవాహం పెరిగి నారాయణపూర్‌ నుంచి ఎక్కువ నీటిని విడుదల చేస్తే కానీ దిగువన ఉన్న రిజర్వాయర్లలో నీటిమట్టం పెరగదు. జూరాలలోకి గురువారం ఉదయం ఆరుగంటల నుంచి శుక్రవారం ఉదయం వరకు 12,530 క్యూసెక్కుల ప్రవాహం రాగా, శుక్రవారం నుంచి శనివారం సాయంత్రం వరకు 4,200 క్యూసెక్కులకు తగ్గింది. ఈ రిజర్వాయర్‌ నుంచి 4,475 క్యూసెక్కుల నీటిని బయటకు వదులుతున్నారు. ఇందులో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి ద్వారా 1,838 క్యూసెక్కులు విడుదల చేశారు. శ్రీశైలంలోకి కూడా 23,310 క్యూసెక్కుల నుంచి 11,582 క్యూసెక్కులకు ప్రవాహం తగ్గింది. ఇక్కడి నుంచి 31,624 క్యూసెక్కులు విడుదల చేయగా, ఇందులో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి ద్వారా 31,526 క్యూసెక్కులు దిగువన ఉన్న సాగర్‌లోకి వదులుతున్నారు. శుక్రవారం ఉదయం ఆరుగంటలకు శ్రీశైలంలో 822.30 అడుగుల మట్టం ఉండగా, శనివారం ఉదయం 820 అడుగులకు తగ్గింది. సాగర్‌లోకి 27,587 క్యూసెక్కుల ప్రవాహం ఉండగా 32,212 క్యూసెక్కులను బయటకు వదులుతున్నారు. ఇందులో విద్యుదుత్పత్తి ద్వారా 30,918 క్యూసెక్కులు దిగువన ఉన్న పులిచింతలలోకి వదిలారు. పులిచింతలలోకి 39,189 క్యూసెక్కులు రాగా, ఇక్కడ విద్యుదుత్పత్తి ద్వారా 7,200 క్యూసెక్కులు దిగువన ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజికి వదిలారు. అయితే ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజిలో పూర్తి స్థాయి మట్టం ఉండటంతో గేట్లెత్తి 8,300 క్యూసెక్కులు సముద్రంలోకి పంపారు. శుక్రవారం 1,400 క్యూసెక్కుల నీటిని డెల్టా కాలువకు వదలగా, శనివారం 379 క్యూసెక్కులకు తగ్గించారు. డెల్టాలో ఇంకా నాట్లు పడలేదని, కాలువలకు ప్రస్తుతానికి నీటి అవసరం లేదని, దీంతో సముద్రంలోకి వదలుతున్నామని సంబంధిత ఇంజినీర్లు తెలిపారు. మరోవైపు అన్ని ప్రాజెక్టుల వద్ద పోలీసు బందోబస్తు కొనసాగుతోంది.

This boil down to in critical situation who will support telangana. Whoever support this issue they have telangana people trust.

This water issue is brought up to checkmate both Sharmila and BJP. PeoplE lost trust to Sharmila party because she is from andhra roots ani higlight aytundi. This issue should resolved by Center ( BJP) whatever stand they take their party is gone in that state, even if they stay quiet KCR show BJP as against telangana. The only choiice BJP has to do whatever telangana ask , kcr is raising 50-50 water in krishna, which cannot be done and BJP will keep quiet. If even BJP goves 50 -50 it comes into kcr account and have people trust. 
 

 Jagan is not politician , he is converted business man to politician, he has to rely on political strategists all the time. On the other KCR is full time politician many years of experience

Even I agree with KCR’s decision that both state should have equal share... inni days assal ye basis paina krishna tribunal chesindho ardham kaledhu ... even 40-60 also some what ok... mari dharidramga 33-67 ante 🙏
