You need to invest on schools, medical infra, public infra, and create a pathway for investments. Not the other way around.

what is USA doing bro....do u even know whats concept of USA gov and capitalisms. i think first we  have to know concepts of economics and how it changing through out the time and different styles of it....

instead just blindly arguing on one thing with out the grasp of whole thing is ignorance. 

i will give you a tip for you to research what Indian GOV policies before PV narasimha rao term about investments what changes he made to them , how did it charged india GDP growth...how it changed worlds view towards india....

the problem with AP gov's from past 30 years is either they go all in on welfare or all in on investments and developments...they are not able to find the balance between those 2 is the hardest thing.....its not that easy but we have to keeep on trying.....all in on welfare is like a step towards bankruptcy in current world economics ( its a concept 50-70 years old. thats one of the reason india still a developing country compared other countries which got freedom around  same time...
