I think Stephen Fleming would have been a excellent choice for coach if not dravid , but dont know why they have never considered him , he achieved great results  in short format with CSK and have good relation with DHONI too and calm and does his job brilliantly , made CSK most successful franchise with very few big names in team

His first assignment in SL tour as coach with India B team this year was not bad , lets see what happens , hope our BCCI dont make him angry and give freedom to take decisions
