Not bragging but I impressed many friends with my kadak Allam chai

Hwre is what and how I do.

1. Take water and put it for boiling.

2. Put 3 small spoons of Tea powder and let it boil for 5 mins under high. Then put two full tea spoons of Sugar. A good Tea needs good amount of Sugar so don’t hesitate.

3. Put ginger( I grate it using grater) and then again let it boil for 5-7 mins. Don’t add milk immediately after adding ginger if you do so the milk will curdle and spoil. Wait for water to soak all that ginger.

4. After adding milk, you need to simmer a bit and let it boil properly for 7 more mins.  Keep stirring it.

5. After this time , just increase to high just before you take it off and filter.

Hope this helps. Try this and it should come out well. Needs patience.

Indulo em diff undi vaay..
