Did u already apply for renunciation of indian PP ? Adhi oka 15 days padthundi dhani kanna mundhu US passport details vadu aduguthadu .. it will take 3 months in total so dont plan any travel

When did you get it by? Marriage license (>2 years old), bills and mortgage notarize cheyadam ane undi. Inka emaina unnaya requirements?

No, visitor visa allow cheyatledu India ki without emergency. Not emergency, but I want to go in December.

Inka apply cheyale akka 2nd step deggara agipoyina waiting for my US pssport to come home and then proceed further..did u already get the renunciation certificate? If u dont have that you cannot apply to oci no?

I have Indian passport, but husband has visitor visa that expired. If he has to travel, he needs to apply for OCI now, visitor visa not allowing without emergency.

I have Indian passport, I am not applying for US citizenship. I am trying to apply a OCI card for my husband so we can travel to India.
