Typically delays are due to typos or mistakes. That kills all the time. make sure you cross check several times.

Yeah, my husband's name is listed as my spouse in my Indian passport. Appudu SF consulate lo already background check chesaru. I am hoping it will help things move faster. Will check everything anyway.
