Ny-Nj, tx, dmv area, bay area, atlanta area ayithe wait cheyyaku konukko. As someone said nee primary residence and 5-7yrs unta anukunte go for it. Ee areas lo last 1-2yrs lo 150-200k perigayi andhulo 50-75k genuine ga perigina prices migathadi depends on interest rates and hype valla perigayi. In case future lo correction vachina oka 50-75k diff vachidi but aa time ki ippudu unna prices inko 50k velthai nd interest rates going up. So all together pedhaga benefit ayyedi ledhu atleast Ippudu thesukunte konchem low interest rate plus inko 6months nee sontha intlo undachu plus evadiko katte dabbulu nee intiki kadathav.

idhi jus naa analysis use ayithe vaduko.

yes Bayya .. But prices are too much .. and I have to sign contract for the house price (high) but rate I can't lock down until they start digging .. not sure how the rates will be down the line ... ardamkavatledu emi cheyyalo

No one can say for sure on what will happen . Check with a  real estate agent in your area to learn more about regional trends. I would personally wait.

couple months back varaku real estate correction aithe malli anni down avthai anukunnaru...but it might take more than couple yrs to get corrected...and even if that really happens, 5% down is what experts are saying. But paina db peddallu logic cheppinattu, 2023 or 2024 lo 5% down aina kuda, still its more than current 2021 prices.

2008/2009 market crash laaga ippatlo avvadu ani almost all experts are predicting...so dont wait for miracle to happen soon....better make use of lower interest rates, cause this will increase for sure in coming yrs. if u really cant afford single family, then go for decent size town houses and oka 5 - 7yrs lo sell chey...u wont loose money on that.
