Negotiation tips kuda cheppandi??

1. Go to the sales office, discuss what they say about community.

2. Show your interest about what you like in this community

3. have preapproval with preferred lender

4. make sure to say you cannot get loan by certain number.

5. Give them a number that you will be interested to buy. For example, if they are selling homes at $620k, your best price is $580, quote them $570 and then they will come with $585 as a counter offer. Re-negotiate you will get it for $580.
6. ask for free appliances

7. ask atleast $10k for closing costs

8. ask for promotional interest rates.
9. If a home is closing in less than 30 days you get more negotiating power, in this case it is up to $60k.

Most important don’t take decisions based off peer or wife pressure, have patience. You cannot do negotiations under pressure. Think that the amount you are negotiating is the amount you are saving.

Yeah.. atleast hollysprings is developing..they can access hollysprings easily .

We had that requirement too but looking for around 2600 sq ft.. after driving to fuquay , realized it is not for us.

Kid is young.  Goes to school in 2 years. For Most of my kid's classes I have to drive ~45 minns from fuquay and office is ~45 mins too.did not feel good about that ..

Hope it works for your friend
