Yeah.. atleast hollysprings is developing..they can access hollysprings easily .

We had that requirement too but looking for around 2600 sq ft.. after driving to fuquay , realized it is not for us.

Kid is young.  Goes to school in 2 years. For Most of my kid's classes I have to drive ~45 minns from fuquay and office is ~45 mins too.did not feel good about that ..

Hope it works for your friend

Kids classes antae emuntayi bro other than this.. just curious..

swimming

taekwondo

soccer

basketball

Tennis.

Friends Pillalu in Fuquay aythae going to these claases in fuquay itself..

and you are correct hollysprings is 10 min drive, kumon, A plus Tutor and many more are in hollysprings on 55.. but hollysprings has its own disadvantages and homes are 20 to 25% expensive then fuquay..

Friends, posting this just to help others..

North vallu e community lo manchiga negotiate cheysthunaru but mana Telugu people coming from other states like NJ, CA, MA and Ohio are just trusting their friends living in this area and paying the asking price by builder..

I saw 2 cases, a week back veedi Eastman model a north guy was able to negotiate it to $565k, two of my Telugu Tejam friends bought it for $615k, after learning about negotiation and becoming fools by paying $50k more in a span of days they are feeling disgusted, same happened with one more friend who bought Galvani model and he paid $60k more than the person who bought 2 days back.

posting this because there are many out of state buyers coming to this community and mostly Telugu, so trying to provide some awareness..

This made my day..

I got a personal message from one of the DB member, that this post helped his cousin to save money. Eastman plan last week $615k sign cheyadaniki ready ayyadu anta, after this post our DBian informed his cousin, his cousin negotiated and now signed it for $580k. “Thank you brother for helping us to save $35k” ani annadu.. I am glad that this post helped some one..

also heard another story from a friend who is living in this community. A buyer bought home for $750k, prices reduced in November and asked sales team to reduce the price they reduced it $650k, price reduced in January, again he negotiated or else he said I shall back out, they reduced it to $590. With in a span of 6 months he was able to save $160k. Em cheysthae 6 months lo $160 save cheyagalamu..

Don’t show your desperation, instead negotiate and save money..
