Same feeling bro… move avvadam okay naaa ani… heard it’s not old Texas any more with low cost of living… home prices and for that matter rental prices are very high anta kada

TBF prices increased in all tier 2 cities.. so weigh in other options like weather, school districts, family/friends in same city, decent Indian crowds or any other factors which is imp to you

Yeah bro. Florida and Nevada are better. Considering the fact that they have no state tax. Also, the property taxes are 1/3 of the Texas. NJ is worst of the worst

Texas lo property taxes are 2-3% 

Sales tax is 6 to 8%

State income tax is 0%… 

Assuming the house prices are at similar range now across all tier 2 cities, compare the above costs and take a decision… but in my view, in all tier 2 cities, the costs will even out if you consider all the factors and costs… 

so check for weather, schools, desi community, food etc before you take a decision…
