Ever considered TN? No state tax and 0.38% property tax

It’s 0.73% I think? Correct me if I’m wrong. Also sales tax is highest in the country. So if you ever buy cars, electronics and furniture. You will pay almost 4% more.

ippudu mee feeling endhi.. naaku remote offer undhi, move avvalani planning

mee amulyamaina salahalu ivvgalaru..

personal choices man...

TX is strong with - lot of telugu folks , good schools , spacious and kinda affordable homes , hotter weather

TX weak points - too many desis , not that scenic wrt nature ,  getting costly day by day

dont worry too much about this. property taxes in turn help with really good schools and infrastructure. cant beat some of the school districts in places like north dallas.

state taxes were never an issue couple of years back. houses used to <400 or 500k. nowadays it just blew out of proportion. but i still feel it is balanced by no state tax. i dont think people are losing money compared to other states and benefits like infra and schools cannot be overlooked

property Tax 10K+ easy ga.. Not sure about other states but House insurance 2K+, HOA, I hear water is also expensive here.
