is it must to go through agent to buy a house which is under construction?

Any chance to skip the agent

when you buy a new house, they(construction owner) pay 3% to agent , 1% agent pettukoni niku 2% istadu, adhi niku labam kada, lets say 400k house ki agent get 12000, agent keep 4k and pay you 8k so you get benefit of 8k, if you say no agent then 3% will not be paid and you get nothing....FYI.... we dont pay anything to agent if we buy a new construction home.

New houses ki realtor chese pani  peddagaa undadu… unless there are any negotiations.. but in the current market, there are no negotiations… so, they take a nominal amount of 1K and give you back the remaining amount in the 3% they get… that is what is happening in Dallas now..

Old homes ki they give back 1.5 to 2%
