Fasting not good for your health... don't fast... happy ga miku nacchindi thinandi...extra weight vunte manchidey...elagoo raanu raanu food dorakatam kashtam ee lokam lo...appudu elagoo fasting thappadhu....ipudu vunna body fat tarvata mimmalni kaapaaduthadi...

I agree every body should be conscious of what they are eating what they are consuming saving water , sustainable agriculture etc etc

Having swimming pools for homes , etc etc entha water waste avutadi , eating too much meat (I am.culprit too ) wasting too much food ,  bigger houses bigger back yards (no conscious about water wastage) bathing in tubs etc etc

Agree bro if people are not conscious nature will show its colors one day

Don't do anything crazy.

Listen to your body....manage food intake based on your body needs.

As we don't do hard labor anymore, the calories needed are less.

I eat 2 meals a day (Dinner at 7 PM and lunch at 11:30 AM)

If I eat 3 meals, the dinner gets cut in half.

 

I reduced my food intake and my energy levels improved tremendously. I eat more when I do lot of activities.

 

Also eat a balanced meal....look at guidelines as what a balanced meal is .

Some people eat lot of protein and no carbs. It results in health issues. Even carbs are important as they are the most efficient fuel for the body.....but Indian diet has too much of carbs. Just balance it out.
