Mee Triglyceride value entha undi ??

I’ve gone through my annual physical exam, they did my blood work and got my results today and it is very concerning as they are very high 

Cholesterol - 251

Triglyceride - 621

Last year my results were 

Cholesterol - 245

Triglyceride - 370 

I’m an active person, I play tennis twice a week, eat rice only once a day but still my results were shocking to me. 
 
Doctor says he is seeing more of these cases since pandemic due to wfh and says change my diet and do more exercise. 
 

Do you guys know your cholesterol levels ?

Eat , but eat healthy .My triglycerides were high like you 5 months back . Now they are normal. What did I do 

1) Only avacodo oil /ghee , stopped eating anything cooked with other oils

2) Rice dangerous bro, replaced with cauliflower rice . No sugars, no wheat, no dairy 

3) Have fish oil tablet daily

4) eat healthy fats, no processed food. Avoid outside food

I am 35 years old,i walk sometimes, gym games ledu as I live in east coast e snow winter since November bandh not much physical activities. Healthy food habits follow avte chalu

I used to cook with avacodo oil/ghee. Max avacodo oil sometimes ghee.Trans fats are dangerous , coconut /ghee/ avacodolo undavu . Oil ante ekuva ekuva tintama minimum use chestam for cooking. All I know these are better compare to rest of the oils bro. Practical ga coconut oil I didn’t use, avacodo oil will help to reduce LDL Anta ipde chadiva google lo

lunch - rice with our curries and curd

evening - coffee/tea

dinner - roti with curry/salmon with broccoli, asparagus/ sometimes dosa

621/370 is  very  high  or unusual

you have been eating too much bad fat that comes through snacks

replace with good quality fat like ghee and coconut out, these levels will drop significantly in 6 months

else

use the prescriptions like statins for life by screwing up the fat metabolism
