i had very similar results . 2020 dec 250 cholesterol and 350 triglycerides .. checked in 2021 Dec it went up 264 cholesterol and 728 Triglycerides..

after 1 1/2 month in . triglycerides went down to 130 and cholesterol still going down .

 

First check your A1c .. triglycerides are direct impact on sugar levels in which is more dangerous

prepare your meals properly..  Eat veggies as much as possible.. fiber fiber fiber..replace regular oil with coconut, replace diery with hemp milk.  eats nuts and seeds in breakfast.. 3 months u will be normal..

follow keto intermittent, correct ga 2 months la anni control loki vasthay

Cardio HIIT every day

Wrong. Never trust docs. It’s a business, not service. Real oil should change it’s state according to temperature. Saturated fats in coconut oil are completely different from regular saturated fats.

I used to be around 175 lb, I was never over weight which is why I was worried when I came to know my triglycerides was 620, I followed below diet for 3 months and lost 10 pounds 

Morning: levagane water thaguta and after 30 min vegetable juice which includes cucumber, celery, carrot, beetroot, tomato, lime. Breakfast items: oats with almond milk, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seed powder, strawberry OR whole grain bread with avocado OR sprouts with dates 

Lunch: brown rice or quinoa with vegetable curries made of spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, beens, methi and curd with no salt 

snack: night water lo soak chesi pettina almonds, walnuts or fruits such as oranges, kiwi, papaya, cantaloupe 

dinner: I’ll finish eating dinner by 7 pm. Salmon or chicken wings in air fryer with broccoli, asparagus, roti with curries, pesara dosa, salad, sometimes upma

night 7 to morning 8 varaku no eating 

Using avocado oil for air fryer 

I like this routine and hopefully will maintain it

Generally nenu alcohol chala rare ga thaguta like once in 2 months but last year parents vachinapudu ma father tho almost every week sitting vesa with chicken as stuff I think that might be the reason for huge rise in my triglycerides.
