not needed to ignore completely, rice is not the culprit, the ratio of rice to vegetables/fat is the key

1 rice : 2-3 portion curry with good fat can easily cut down the glycemic index, eat very less rice, rice is one the best foods to digest in grains without any allergies, one should learn to live with rice as it has been staple food since childhood

wheat comes with little less glycemic index than rice but comes with other potential allergy's due to gluten, so beware, 2-3 times a week is fine but not even meal

Chol-222(coz of high hdl, ldl-130)

Not ideal numbers, but my secret has been don't eat when ur not stomach  hungry( mind hungry diff bro- ekkada time pass kakunna or tempting food chusina mind will trigger those responses) and for our desk jobs one good lunch is enuf. Stopped eating dinner for 2yrs now. I do eat rice everyday in my lunch.

Bkfst- naked black cofee or chai. One in while steel cut oats porridge with looadz of fruit or ragi dosa 

Lunch- rice or jonna rotte with curry and beets or carrots on side. Side ki bowl lo yogurt.

Eve- tea or protein shake(work out velte)

Dinner - naked water on the rocks 😜

Fish oil, multi vitamin supplements theskunte emina problem aa while in interment fasting.

salmon 2 times is quite a good one to continue, increase ghee and avocado, remove vegetable/canola oils completely

Triglyceride - 370 

I’m an active person, I play tennis twice a week, eat rice only once a day but still my results were shocking to me. 
 
Doctor says he is seeing more of these cases since pandemic due to wfh and says change my diet and do more exercise. 
 

Do you guys know your cholesterol levels ?

Doctor told me to cut rice … started quonoa back to normal … palnt based diet cheyyi all will be normal

Go ahead taggadeley, fish oil doctor recommended aa leka self medicine aa? Fish oil is not recommended daily unless dr. Prescribed it( esp mana indian genes ki)
