20% down chesthe, monthly $5500 plus property taxes oka $3000… plus other chillar costs like HOA, warranty, home insurance etc.. 

For a 30 years loan, you will pay 960K principal, 900K interest and 900K property tax, 240K down payment… total 3 million over a period of 30 years.. 

This is assuming that the tax rate stays the same. Warranty, insurance, HOA are extra…

Aa community kooda chala baguntadi bro..specially entrance is like ramoji film city and its very close to outer loop thats connects freeways  ..my only concern was that it falls under celina ISD which is very very popular for sports and but prosper and frisco are more popular for stem ..considering a middle schooler we wanted to choose prosper..anyway it's beautiful place to live for sure..good luck bro..

Affordability is a factor but it's not everything ..considering family kids make memories in a home over a decade and kids growing up in a nice place and good community and become good individuals then no price is bigger..
