KCR removed all this rules itseems. So pattadhar alone has legal rights.

If you got this land as dowry, did they register on your name?? Do you have documents, passbook and land on dharani portal on your name??

two options - either bribe the cops and revenue officer more than your uncle (shorter time solution) or file a case in the court (takes a long time)..

but how is your uncle saying that the land is his? Is that your mothers land? Did she get it properly registered from her parents?? If there is ancestral property on your mother side, you can also make your mother file a case on your uncle for a share in that (** for tat)

Polam evarikaina kavulu ki iste, polam vallaki Sontham avutunda? Ila Telangana lo rule unda? Evaraina throw some light

There is tenancy act but it’s very difficult to prove … in pahani there are two columns first is pattadhar and second is anubhavdhar if your name in both columns that’s enough.

Do they have protected tenancy certificate issued from Tahsildar, if not submit a letter to Tahsildar that you didn’t gave any tenancy rights to anyone.

are you served with notice of land transfer ? If there are no such notices or certificates did you met tahsildhar, mostly tahsildhar will say orally to evacuate the other party. If not get orders from court

On whose name the electricity connection is there ?

Some village people do this thinking opposite people don’t know any thing about law and they only knew everything, stay stubborn and kick him out of the land. Some people do this to make you force sell to them at lower price.
