Air India USA-DEL-HYD?

If anyone has traveled in this route, please share your experience. Online search chesthe, Delhi lo no customs check and Luggage check ani undhi. But travel agent said 50-50 chances for everything with Air India

1. Luggage Delhi lo checkout chesi, mallee checkin cheyyala?

2. Customs check in Delhi or Hyd?

3. Delhi airport lo can we access wifi (with US number, no OTP)

4. Is it possible to get Sim card or exchange dollars to rupees at the Delhi airport?

I travelled in Air India in the remote past. Luggage pick up and Customs is at final destination which is HYD. 

Yes you can exchange dollars and get  a sim in Delhi.

1. Luggage pick cheskoni domestic chain lo drop cheyali bro, atkeast 3 hrs unte better layover lekapothe flight miss ayye chances untay and immigation lo lazy bastardds untaru, they delay the process even u have immediate connecting flight

2.connecting flight unte picha lite customs, bag meeda marksor ribbons unte try to remove

3.us numb ki otp raaadu bro, but india family or frnd numb ichi , valla dagara otp teesko 

4. currency exchanger rare ga untaru  depending on terminal.

Ok bro. Layover 4 hrs undhi. Traveling alone, na US mobile ki roaming ledhu. So, cant give family/friends number and get the otp..

To connect to wifi in DEL, try this way.

OTP kavalante ask at the service desk. They will give you a temp OTP. Or ask anyone of the staff, they will give you a password. It used to be ‘9876543210’ not sure if it’s the same but an year back it used to be the one. 
 

DEL airport intl terminal lopala no one will sell you SIM cards but Intl nundi domestic kosam terminal exit gate eduruga Airtel odu vuntadu and it’s 24/7. Usually activation happens with in few mins during the day with aadhar card. Passport aithe it takes a while

Ok, customs check Hyd lo aithe, wont be able to go out of the Delhi intl terminal. It will be just transiting thru the intl terminal.

1. Yes malli checkin cheyali / if it’s same flight no need like Boeing ayithe flight number 127 or AI 126 

vare flight ayithe pakka cheyali

3. Unati you can buy the package before going also free untai 

4. Dorakavu better add/have us number ki roaming or data plan at least you can use whatsapp

Domestic lo vistara connection isthunnaru. Vaadu baggage daggara dum chesthunnadanta. Only allowing 1 pc luggage anta.asking to pay more for luggage

To the best of what I know and what I experienced, immigration will be in DEL. Are you flying out of ORD ?

Different flight numbers, but both are Air India flights. $200-$300 exchange cheskunta to use for the first day, low exchange rate is okay for small amounts.

Domestic kooda Air India flight. 2 bags allowed till Hyderabad.
