Demographics of Texas have changed a lot. It’s quite possible that tech industry in Austin will bring more metropolitan culture to Texas. I know it still has along way to go. but I’m quite certain it’s inclining towards blue. 
 

It will be a thing of past to wear cow boy hats and rant about guns. It will be another Arizona in the next decade or so

Which elections oo kuda cheppu, gov/president or state/federal. Ide confidence tho Florida and Ohio kuda annaru, but both are now comfortable red. It’s normal when one side wins they overplay their hand and pendulum swings back. Unless there is some large scale asylum like in 80s that turned cali to blue, it won’t happen.
