There will be multiple lawsuits. Antha veasy kadhuuuu. Musk mawa penta lo leg vesinatte...Ilanti deals lo courts always favour companies especially if they can prove that his actions caused damage to company shareholders.

there are lots of political and personal motives behind these kinds of moves and DB people who havent even seen a million dollar cash in hand cannot comment on deals worth billions of dollars

He wanted to capitalize on social media market and he failed in it big time. Even billionaires make mistakes. They might make fewer mistakes than layman such as you as me. But they aren’t totally immune. This is one of his mistakes.

Twitter stock padipothe, his net worth also goes down.. he owns 10% of the stock… and bcoz of this Tesla stock also went down.. 

SEC filings lo Twitter mentioned that 5% of the accounts are bots.. but if that is not the case, it means Twitter is lying… Musk can say that he relied on the sec filings before making a bid and he wants to back out as Twitter lied..
