Yes hyd lo only ventures, apartments and duplexes no other options and all of these are bad options for money. If you invest 1 crore in a land and forget it ll become residential easily one day after few years and not even an exaggeration one day your land might hit 10 fold the current value

Yes I bought near guntur, vizag hyd and bnglr baa, and amaravati lo lands elagu unnai, but vijayawada is tough to buy some land there as it’s pricy, probably next year

Sorry no idea about how tax works in india. Never sold any properties
