Gehan is just Okay builder. Gehan family sold it to some Japanese timber company and established another company called GFO.
GFO is good now. Or if you are in the budget look for Toll Brother, Taylor Morrison, GFO, or Perry

Toll Brother afford cheyyagalithe definitely worth considering. Entire process is nice and their construction quality is much better than others.
