Probably a dust at bottom of lense or on front of sensor..use the tool I showed you.. or project light in to lense and see

I don't on sensor. It is extremely sensitive. Canon mirrorless has this flap on the sensor that closes. Usually, camera has an in built function that cleans sensor by vibrating it. Please see your camera settings. If it is harder to shake, visit a camera service center. For lens, external cleaning: amazon has a cleaning kit. For internal cleaning use DIY videos (not advising here, I would never do that). I usually use manufacturer's service center if dust got into the lens and affecting the pictures. if the dust isn't meddling with your pictures, i don't worry. I usually send my lens and camera for cleaning once 5-8 years.
