If you believe this will fix things then you must believe in magic. Nothing is free. Insurance ki katte badulu tax kadatavu and in return you get wonderful govt bureaucracy that will answer to no one.

It’s logic not magic. Please read how it works in other countries. The biggest advantage is continuous insurance which is not tied to your job and you will not be playing to the insurance companies tunes.

So you are an idiot because you agree that you are an idiot.

You are an idiot because you think how the age old system works and you think you can change it.

You are an arrogant idiot because you are!

Ok, got it.

you have nothing to argue about and just beating around the bush. Read the comment by @bankris in the previous page and you’ll know why I’m arguing with an insensitive prick like you

Sadly, some "educated" people believe in divine magic that would happen soon (without any side effects) which did not happen for ages. The insurance companies and their attorneys will make sure with lobbying that it will NOT happen,

shaktiman should run for the office and become president next time

Ippudu ninnu idiot ante butt hurt avtunda? If you don't like how insurance works, just don't get it and save your money (except you, everybody knows very well that would be really, really idiotic).

I'm done with you because you are an arrogant jackass and an oversmart idiot who doesn’t know how to use a forum. You win (idiots always win).

We hear so much about public health care being free in Canada (Of course its not free as they pay more in taxes), but their system has many flaws. Its almost impossible to get a specialist appointment. Even if you get, its like after 5-6 months. A friend who was working in Canada, went to  doctor with a problem. They passed it off as gas or acidity and kept giving Prilosec. He knew it was a big problem as he was not able to sleep. After 3-4 months of visits they gave appointment that's 5 months later. He came to India and they diagnosed it as Stage 4 Cancer. He passed away in 2 months.

That shattered by whole view about medical system in Canada.

American system has too many middlemen and its too complex for anyone to understand or fix.

Bottomline, every system has its flaws. At least in India, if we have money we can get treatment and that too quick.

Contrary to what some people believe, insurance is a very cheap form of investment with high ROI and peace of mind. In the event of an accident without insurance, you will go broke/bankrupt for a long time paying out of your pocket. Insurance covers up to 2M so your hard-earned life savings are not drained.

People who don't know this much, don't know a lot.

No country is perfect and America is not an exception. But America is way better in so many, many, many ways!
