My PD is EB2 May 2012.

down grading avasaram antara eb3 ki or should i say put?

anyone in the same boat?

it won't continue atleast until end of this year. 

 

So, there will be some new Visas coming next year also. We just don't know the numbers yet.

 

There may be some spillover coming to EB2 (from EB1) next year.

 

So, TS should be fine and should get GC next year IMO

After 2014 not sure kaani Dates move aithai..there are a lot of unused visas from FB. Back ippud appude velladu le kotha fiscal year ippude start ayindi

Family based immigration is banned at Consulates until Dec 31st 2020.

SO, about 25% of FB should technically come to FB next year

It's not a monthly quota. They can start in January and still meet the yearly quota by end of fiscal year. In that case then no spillover

Really? How can consulates handle such a high volume while taking measures to prevent Covid?

You never know what future entails. I think TS should just downgrade and capitalize on opportunity. I don't think it's worth gambling on hope and prayer.

kani  eb3 stuck aithe adho bokka... chala mandi down grade cheskuntaru ankunta... eb3 nundi eb2 ki jump kottacha? in case eb2 current authe?
