But iMO EAD is as good as GC. If it's available right now why are you still hesitating?? I don't get it.

Yeah EB3 lo ippudu EAD vacchesthadi. GC mathram inko 3 or 4 years kattameeee.

Whereas if you wait for your EB2 your eAD and GC will both probably happen at same time with few months difference but I guess and no one knows when it all happen. In the latter case, It all depends on corona and thatha political fate.

bulletin lo there will be rapid moment in coming months atleast till 2021 jan ani undhi..so...im not sure what their idea of "rapid" is

I think they are talking about final action dates .. EB2 mid 2011 daaka move avvachemo by end of the fiscal year. Okasari inventory numbers check chesko bro .. or simple match entante .. each year 85K H1s andulo at least 50k indians untaru .. dependents kuda count cheskunte multiply by 1.5 cheyi minimum. So year ki at least 75K indians untaru either eb2 or eb3. So 2011 eb2 min 50K and eb3 25k untaru .. 2010 may nunchi dec varaki inkoka 25k esko.. so 100K gc lu 2011 end varaki eb2 eb3 India ke aipothayi ...

Ipudu spill over 120k .. avanni indians ki raavu .. so my guess eb2 2011 ki minchi mundhuku podhu in coming years

So, TS should be fine and should get GC next year IMO

kani u have to re file perm ankunta kada if u changed employers
