When you have some kind of letter or content with official email from manager it will serve as client letter. I got my h1 approved without client letter and also recently got stamped in Vancouver with email conversation. No issues. As long as your employer company is good in running payrolls and maintaining good standing status with consultants it will not be a problem.

client letter ante..letter head paina undali...ala kakapothe client letter anaru...but ask ur manager to give an email stating that they cant give letter on letterhead....it might be good enuf to support urself..

Agree with above post. Official email id conv is better than a word printout with no official header. EMail should suffice. Naku letter head mida ivvu ani adugu he will contact HR and keep themm in loop and HR will email u saying they cant provide client letter and this email would suffice Thats good enough
