Is that 6 months true? did any one face any issue or u herad from any lawyer?

Re: I-140 approved recently and changing employer

As soon as the I-140 is approved, the priority date vests. It doesn't matter when you leave after that.

1)PERM Pending for more than 365 days(from the date appled)---eligible for 1 year extension

2)PERM Approved + I-140 PENDING(1 Year extension)

3)I-140 approved(3 Years extension)

4)I-140 approved with Employer A  but need to transfer to EMP B .....In this case you I-140 needs to be active(by active means ur employer must not withdraw ur petition) for a 3 year extnesion based on i-140 approval from emp A

Company policy ani kadhu I-140 is an employer's document.....he has the right to not provide that..andaru desi gallu chesedhi adhe FOIA...file cheyyadam...
