Is that 6 months true? did any one face any issue or u herad from any lawyer?

As soon as the I-140 is approved, the priority date vests. It doesn't matter when you leave after that.

correct ... 6 months lopu transfer pettukunte you will loose PD .. After 6 months it's ok

 

6 months to be safe there is some rolling policy thing in which u have to enroll to save urdate..

 

 

Guys so are u saying we can change employer (transfer H1B) and continue using the same I-140 ( 6 months after it is approved) 

I thought the new employer have to freshly file labor and I140 but can just use the old priority date.

vuncle kadu mayya .. I know a frnd of mine had this issue .. employer change ayyadu pathodu biscuit esadu but he filled out some rule oo edoo form untadi mayya then he was safe ledu ani cheyyakapoyi unte biscuit ayyedi annadu..
