I am not really taking stance on consultancies side , but greediness anedhi two sides undhi bro

 

Long back 2009 lo nenu consulatancy lo join ainappudu, my only benifits are accomidation , marketting and training. and pay deal was full time payment of 60-70k(depends) for one year and than 80-20 . Also, ma employer will take care of ALL immigration charges( H1, GC)

 

Kani ippudu ala leru bhayya , student consultancy ki ravadam ravadame 80-20, *****, and support pakka expect chesthunaru. Also, pakka se , multiple companies tho marketing. so even companies started to mint as much as they can
