I am not really taking stance on consultancies side , but greediness anedhi two sides undhi bro

 

Long back 2009 lo nenu consulatancy lo join ainappudu, my only benifits are accomidation , marketting and training. and pay deal was full time payment of 60-70k(depends) for one year and than 80-20 . Also, ma employer will take care of ALL immigration charges( H1, GC)

 

Kani ippudu ala leru bhayya , student consultancy ki ravadam ravadame 80-20, Proxy, and support pakka expect chesthunaru. Also, pakka se , multiple companies tho marketing. so even companies started to mint as much as they can

Bro...consultancies vadu attitude ento manam guess cheyalem ..some might be  nice and some act to be nice..situation vaste kani teledu evadento...nenu 3 companies maranu  since my graduation every one cheated me not paying me

 

na situation lo 2008 lo when i graduated naku family members unnaru ikkada..i was with my babai...learned java and even did self marketing  always and was with a employer 80-20 ki...he did nothing and he doesnt even do marketing but always paid on time and acted to be very nice which is why i didnt move the consultancy for 5 years..he lied about my GC which i didn't even knew for 4 years...sudden ga he closed company now...na GC poyindi and 1 month salary kuda ivvale....I rushed and did my h1 transfer adi nka processing lo undi...

 

All these years vadu best anukunna worst ani ippude telisindi...but in general they are very business oriented people doesn't think about consultant..

GC chesadu ...1st time wrong filing...next time audit padindi...lawyer docs ivvaie and very bad terms lo a lawyer ni consult cheyadam manesadu..he told he responded to audit...but he didnt have file number and didn't respond to audit...malla file chesadu ado pedda story...mothaniki time poyindi and munchesadu
