Immediate ga maaneyaalantey it's close to impossible.
Will take some time.
Best thing, no matter what follow eating Brown Rice or Quinoa at least on weekdays. Weekends etla aina cream biscuit. But just keep in mind when u eating something on weekends.
Brown Rice-- u can get in Indian store also both basmati & sonamasoori. Prefer sonamasoori. It takes half cup more water than white rice to cook properly

Quinoa-- u can get it in Costco or in whole foods. 3/4th glass should be enough for 1 meal.

But better prefer Steam then Sauna. It opens up your Skin Pores you will look more younger. But anything excessive not good for your body.
