well i have started the same program where fat lose and muscle build is simultaneous..i use to workout very regularly//Last year due to injury i had to give a break of almost 7 months gained almost 20 lbs :P

protein shakes teskovatam manesa cuz they are hard on my stomach.. i tried most of the brands over years.. i can only take casein protein at night..pre/post workout protein either i vomit or get into diarrhea (Not Lactose intolerant).. ON/Isopure/Nitrotech/myfusion/vegas  tried all of this.. i'm kinda vexed with this protein shakes.. So i'm trying to find out alternatives for these.. DB has may gymmers.. thought i would definately find someone with natural diet without protein shakes.

protein shakes ki replacement only grilled chicken , grilled fish , eggs and nuts ....

oka sari i had a discussion with a DB user called Django , Dymataze fudge brownie protein shake best taste untadi cheppaadu , i thought of trying it once but but malli routine change cheytam enduku le ani odilesa  ... oka sari adi try chey ...

basically neeku manchi body kaavali ante u have to compromise on a lot of things man , anduke its not so easy for people to stay fit and diet plays a major part in it , only veggy diet tho antha protein intake cheyyali ante its next to impossible ...

also , protein shakes teeskunnappudu u have to make sure that u drink a lot of water because protein antha easy ga digest avvadu evariki , its not just u ...

i think protein shakes are really a convenient way to take protein intake , for example one egg white lo 4-5gms protein untadi , adey 2 scoops of protein powder lo 60gms of protein untadi .... taking a protein shake is way more convenient than eating 12-15 egg whites ...
