bench cheste upper body strength(chest, arm, and shoulder muscles such as the anterior deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis, scapulae fixers, trapezii, and the triceps) improve avtundi buddy, try going after at least your weight.

usually flat 160, 180 8 reps and 225 5 reps or what ever to max.

incline 90,140, 160 X 8

decline 90,140,160 X 8

normal chest day routine idi. 

na dost gadu 300+ chestadu , which is a big goal for me personally.
